Plot.
The 15-year-old Rob lives in a soulless, strictly supervised mammoth city of the 21st century. The surrounding area, where the land noble lives, is separated by an electrically charged fence. Rob's late mother came from there. When the loner also loses the father, who was an opponent of the system, he comes to boarding school.
