Side Effect - RTL Hungary's first self-developed weekly series - is about Zoltán (Bálint Adorjáni), who makes a malpractice as a young, successful doctor.. Fearing the loss of its existence, it makes immoral decisions and thus initiates a series of dangerous events. He also talks about Berta (Alexandra Borbély), who dedicated her life exclusively to her family and never received recognition for it.. It is also the story of Anna (Dóra Sztarenki), who leaves the stripping medium in which she grew up and takes on the role of motherhood, which she is so afraid of.. And the side effect is also the tale of the harmonious marriage of Zoltán and Berta, which falls before our eyes due to lies, temptations and misfortunes.. The series is also for those who want a child at all costs, but for biological reasons this is impossible. And about those who rent their bodies to give birth to others, and those who don’t want a child and don’t understand why others want them at all costs. Or they didn't want to, yet it did.
