The argument revolves around Teresa, a woman mistreated by her husband who flees from Barcelona to Ventdelplà where he has an uncle, Gustau. Although at first she intends to sell the house and return to Barcelona, she stays in Ventdelplà. The series narrates the lives of the people of the village. Teresa Claris is a housewife, married to a prestigious lawyer from Barcelona. She has two children, 15 and 8 years old, and the medical career ended. Her husband soon makes her leave everything to take care of the children and especially him. When she wants to regain some independence, everything gets complicated.
