Annisa's wedding ceremony begins. Rykarl and the powerful Dato Azhar are all wondering who will be the new CEO of F3. Annisa doesn't understand why she needs to get married. Dato Azhar is being treated in an emergency ward and may need surgery. Rykarl does not want Annisa to be in the hospital because she is the cause of Azhar's illness. Annisa was devastated and guilty.
