Paula Díaz, a brilliant surgeon, arrives at the prestigious Valle Norte Hospital, to join as the new head of the Area of Surgery. She is determined to turn the surgical area that she will lead into a reference. But for this she will have to make some unpopular and controversial decisions that will awaken the suspicions of a staff in which are already found some of the best doctors in the country, especially Hector, a renowned surgeon who has developed his entire career in the North Valley and who aspired to get the position.
