Plot.
Magazine editor Taishin Mamiya interviews high school model Noeru Kisaragi. Despite Noeru's bad attitude, his painting of an ocean intrigues Mamiya and leads to a dinner, during which Noeru solicits Mamiya sexually. Soon Mamiya sees Noeru with another man, and he is shocked to discover at that moment that his interest in Noeru goes beyond article research—he truly wants to know more about him.

Boys Love (ボーイズ ラブ, Bōizu Rabu) refers to two Japanese films both directed by Kotaro Terauchi and starring Yoshikazu Kotani. The films are inspired by the genre of boys' love manga as a whole but are original stories. The first film has also been adapted into a manga of the same title by shōjo manga artist Kaim Tachibana.The first film, titled simply Boys Love, was released directly to DVD on November 24, 2006. Due to its commercial success, Terauchi was invited to direct a successor to his film to be released in theatres in 2007 as Boys Love: The Movie, which is released in the United States and United Kingdom as Schoolboy Crush.
