Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr. (born October 22, 1998), known professionally as Roddy Ricch, is an American rapper. He rose to fame in 2018 following the release of his single "Die Young", which marked his first entry on the Billboard Hot 100. Moore's first two mixtapes, Feed Tha Streets (2017) and Feed Tha Streets II (2018) received widespread acclaim. In 2019, Moore was featured alongside Hit-Boy on Nipsey Hussle's single "Racks in the Middle", which earned him a Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance, and on Mustard's Grammy-nominated single "Ballin'", which peaked at number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Moore's debut album, Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial, was released through Atlantic Records in December 2019, and debuted atop the Billboard 200. It spawned the Billboard Hot 100 number-one single "The Box", which earned him a diamond certification by the RIAA. A follow-up single peaked within the top ten of the chart: "High Fashion" (featuring Mustard). In 2020, Moore's guest performance on DaBaby's single, "Rockstar" became his second number-one single on the Hot 100. On June 24, 2021, Moore released his lead and only single for his second studio album titled, ''Late at Night''. His second studio album, Live Life Fast, was released on December 17, 2021.
Moore has won several accolades, including a Grammy Award from nine total nominations, as well as two BET Awards, two BET Hip Hop Awards, and an American Music Award.
