Plot.
A young French tourist, visiting the city of Naples, falls in love with an engineer who has guided her during her stay in the capital of the Partenope, the two marry and the young woman meets his family, all extremely traditional people in the way of living and thinking. Considering the extrovert character of the young bride, this creates great problems in relations with the family, so much to force the girl to abandon her husband to return to France. In her native country, however, the bride discovers to wait for a child, this will favor a rapprochement with her husband and his family.

Naples Will Never Die (Italian: Napoli che non muore) is a 1939 Italian comedy film directed by Amleto Palermi and starring Fosco Giachetti, Marie Glory and Paola Barbara. A young French tourist on holiday in Naples meets and falls in love with an engineer. She marries him, but finds his family overbearing and traditional while they consider her to be too extrovert. She leaves him and returns to France, but the couple are eventually re-united.
