Plot.

The film stars Jackie Shroff, Parmeet Sethi, Paresh Rawal, Arbaaz Khan and Anita Raj in pivotal roles. Cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle also plays a guest role. The film's music is by Vinay Tiwari.
