Tang Xiaoxi (voiced by Qin Yi) is a cute and smart boy. His only drawback is delay in doing things. No matter what his parents or teachers ask him to do, he always says "do it next time". For this, he provokes him. A lot of trouble, a lot of suffering, but still can't remember the lesson. Brother Time was very angry about what Tang Xiaoxi had done. In a rage, he flew away from the alarm clock. Grey Mouse took Tang Xiaoxi to a place where there was no time constraint and freedom, but because there were no rules, everything there was messed up. In between, Tang Xiaoxi came to a luxurious palace with the little bears and ducks he met on the way, where terrible and greedy giants lived.
