Plot.

In San José de los Burros, María Nicolasa Cruz is encouraged by her cousin Eufemia, who has found work for her, to emigrate to Mexico City for a better life. However, they steal her as soon as she leaves the train, and she has no home. But soon discover the help of television driver Paco Malgesto, who makes an announcement of her story, where Eufemia soon goes to pick her up.
