Keone Joseph Young (born September 6, 1947) is an American actor. He is best known for his television roles as Dr. Michael Kwan in Kay O'Brien (1986), Mr. Wu in Deadwood (2004–2006) and as the dual roles of Judge Robert Chong and Mr. Wan in The Young and the Restless (2007–2010).

His voice roles include Storm Shadow in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Katarou in Teen Titans, Dr. Ho in Batman Beyond, Kaz in Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, Luong Lao Shi in American Dragon: Jake Long, Ishiyama in Ben 10 and Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Mr. Wu in The Mighty B! and Wu-Chang in Sofia the First.

He also provided additional voice over work for The Karate Kid (1989), True Crime: Streets of LA (2003), Doom 3 (2004), Mulan II (2005), Tron: Uprising (2012), Dead Island: Riptide (2013), The Mr. Peabody & Sherman Show (2015) and Ghost of Tsushima (2020).
