Kraft Mystery Theater is an American television series in 47 episodes broadcast for the first time in the course of 3 seasons from 1961 to 1963. It is a series of anthological type sponsored by Kraft in which each episode represents a story of its own. The episodes are stories of various genres. It was broadcast from June to September by Frank Gallop. Some of the episodes had already been broadcast within the anthological series Westinghouse Desilu Playhouse and Alcoa Playhouse.In the summer of 1958 the NBC had already broadcast some summer episodes with the title Kraft Mystery Theatre that were considered part of the eleventh and final season of Kraft Television Theatre (1947-1958). Kraft Television Theatre and Kraft Mystery Theater then sent in the series Kraft Suspense Theatre (1963-1965, also known as The Crisis).
