Dornröschen is a 2008 German-Austrian fairytale film based on the fairytale of the same name by the Grimm brothers and co-produced by Provobis, ZDF, Moviepool and SK-Film for the film series Märchenperlen. The film was directed by Arend Agthe, who also wrote the screenplay. In addition to Moritz Schulze and Anna Hausburg in the leading roles, Bettina Kupfer, Franz-Joseph Dieken, Christine Urschicht and Dirk Bach were cast in supporting roles.
