Biographie
Frederick Elmes, ASC (* 4. November 1946) ist ein amerikanischer Kameramann, bekannt für seine Zusammenarbeit mit der unabhängigen Filmbewegung. Er ist langjähriger Mitarbeiter von Regisseuren David Lynch, Ang Lee, Charlie Kaufman, Jim Jarmusch und Todd Solondz. Er hat zweimal den Independent Spirit Award for Best Cinematography für Wild at Heart and Night on Earth und einen Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Cinematography für eine Limited Series for The Night Of. gewonnen.
